Why Miami Exhibitors Rate Us #1
Miami is the gateway between the United States and Latin America. That reality shapes every major event at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Exhibitors need bilingual project management, cross-border logistics, and crews who understand Miami’s compressed loading schedules.
Exhibit Experience is built for that market. Our Miami operation works in English and Spanish, while project managers coordinate directly with clients in São Paulo, Mexico City, Bogotá, San Juan, and throughout the United States.
Our Miami reviews mention customs coordination, overnight drawing translations, late-evening calls timed around Latin American business hours, and local crews who already understand MBCC freight procedures.

About the Occasional Negative Review — Read It Yourself
If you find a negative review of us in Miami, examine the details carefully. In our experience, one of three things is happening:
- A real client with a real concern. We respond publicly in English or Spanish, contact the client directly, resolve the issue, and invite them to update their review.
- An automated review-extortion account. These accounts publish fake one-star reviews and then contact the business seeking payment for removal. We report them and respond publicly. We reply. They generally do not.
- A retaliatory competitor review. Real clients identify a show, venue, booth, timeline, or project manager. Anonymous accusations without verifiable details deserve closer scrutiny.
Every review receives a personal, public, and prompt response. When a genuine client returns and updates their rating after a resolution, that reflects accountability and an actual business relationship.
