Cancellation, Refund & Credit Policy

This Cancellation, Refund & Credit Policy outlines the terms that apply to trade show exhibit rentals, custom graphics, services, and related purchases with Exhibit Experience.

By confirming an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Confirmation & Production Scheduling

All orders with Exhibit Experience are reviewed and confirmed by a sales representative prior to production. Once an order is confirmed, production scheduling, labor coordination, material procurement, and logistics planning begin promptly.

Because trade show exhibits involve custom work and time-sensitive scheduling, cancellation terms are strictly enforced.

24-Hour Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund.

The 24-hour cancellation window begins at the time the order is confirmed by an Exhibit Experience sales representative.

Cancellations After 24 Hours

    • No refunds will be issued
    • A credit will be applied to the customer’s account
    • Credits are valid for up to one (1) year from the date of cancellation
    • Credits may be applied toward future Exhibit Experience services

Credits are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

How Account Credits May Be Used

Account credits may be applied toward qualifying future purchases, including:

    • Trade show exhibit rentals
    • Double deck exhibit rentals
    • Custom exhibit graphics and branding
    • LED video walls and technology
    • Installation and dismantle labor
    • Flooring upgrades and accessories
    • Logistics and related exhibit services

Use of credits is subject to availability and scheduling.

Event Changes, Delays, or Cancellations

If a trade show or event is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled by an event organizer, venue, or third party, Exhibit Experience will make reasonable efforts to apply services or account credits toward a future event where possible.
Refunds are not guaranteed once production or scheduling has begun.

Payment Methods & PayPal Transactions

Payment method does not alter this policy.

    • Payments made via PayPal, including PayPal Pay Later, Pay in 4, or Pay Monthly, are subject to the same cancellation and credit terms
    • Refund or credit eligibility is determined by this policy, not by payment method
    • Approved credits are issued by Exhibit Experience and are separate from PayPal repayment obligations

PayPal financing approvals, repayment schedules, and interest terms are governed solely by PayPal.

Non-Refundable Items

Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, the following are non-refundable and subject to credit only:

    • Custom graphics and printed materials
    • Custom fabrication or modifications
    • Labor scheduled or completed
    • Shipping and logistics services
    • Flooring upgrades and accessories

Policy Acknowledgment

By submitting a pricing request, confirming an order, or making a payment, customers acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation, Refund & Credit Policy.
