The Highest-Rated Trade Show Exhibit Company in
Las Vegas, Orlando,
Atlanta & Miami
Exhibit Experience is the trade show partner Fortune 500 brands and
first-time exhibitors alike keep coming back to because we design,
manufacture, install, and dismantle every booth in-house with our own
team, in our own shops, in your city.
This page collects every real client review we have earned across Google
and Birdeye. Read them. Then decide who you want in your corner on show day.
Why Exhibit Experience Is the Trade Show Company Clients Trust
Trade shows are one of the most stressful, most expensive, and most public marketing investments a company can make. A booth is not just a structure — it is your brand standing in front of thousands of people who will decide, in seconds, whether they want to know more about your company or keep walking. When something goes wrong at a trade show — a crate that does not arrive, a graphic that is the wrong size, a rigging permit that never got submitted — you cannot fix it later. It is happening right now, in front of your customers, in front of your competitors, and in front of the world. Trade shows are unforgiving, and the exhibit company you choose is the single biggest factor in whether the experience is a triumph or a disaster.
That is why our clients trust us. Since we opened our doors in 2014, Exhibit Experience has been built on one non-negotiable principle: we handle every detail, every deadline, and every emergency so that our clients never have to. From the first sketch on paper to the final crate rolling off the show floor, we are with you at every step. We are not a broker. We are not a middleman. We are a full-service custom and modular exhibit house with our own team, our own fabrication capability, our own logistics network, and our own on-site crews. When you hire Exhibit Experience, you are hiring the people who will actually design, build, ship, install, and take down your booth. There is no handoff. There is no finger-pointing. There is only accountability — from us, to you, from concept to load-out.
Our reviews across Google and Birdeye reflect that commitment. Read enough of them and a pattern emerges — clients talk about our responsiveness at 2 AM, our creativity in solving problems no one else could solve, our willingness to travel across the country on 48 hours' notice, and our team's calm confidence when everything else at a show is on fire. Those are not accidents. Those are the direct result of a company culture built around one obsession: making our clients successful.
We work with startups launching their first product at a niche industry show, and we work with Fortune 500 brands anchoring the biggest trade show floors in the world. We build 10x10 in-line booths, and we build 60x60 island exhibits with double-deck lounges, LED walls, hanging signs, product demo stations, and everything in between. Whether the show is at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, the Las Vegas Convention Center, McCormick Place in Chicago, the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, or the Miami Beach Convention Center, the standard we hold ourselves to does not change. And that is exactly what our reviews say.
Everything We Manufacture and Deliver — In-House
The reason we earn the ratings we do is the same reason we can deliver them: we do the whole job ourselves. Under our roof, in our shops, with our own labor. Not outsourced. Not white-labeled. Not shipped in from a broker in another state. Every service below is delivered by Exhibit Experience employees who work for us, are trained by us, and are accountable to us.
Trade Show Exhibit Rentals
Turnkey rental booths from 10x10 to 60x60 — designed and pulled from our in-house inventory, delivered and installed by our own crews. Ideal for one-time shows, multi-city tours, and testing a design before you commit to purchase.
Explore Rental Exhibits →Trade Show Exhibit Purchases
Own your booth outright — we design, fabricate, and deliver a custom-built exhibit you keep and reuse show after show. Ownership economics beat rental if you exhibit 3+ times a year. Financing options available.
See Purchase Options →Custom Trade Show Exhibits
From scratch, from your brief, from the ground up. Our in-house design team sketches within 48 hours, our fabrication team builds in the U.S., our installers set it up on the show floor. Custom does not have to mean six-figure — we build custom at every budget.
Explore Custom Exhibits →Hanging Signs & Overhead Structures
Circular rings, square banners, backlit halos, illuminated logos, rigging plans, and every EAC form the general contractor requires. We design, fabricate, ship, hang, and take down every hanging sign we deliver — no third-party riggers.
Ask About Hanging Signs →LED Video Walls
Fine-pitch LED walls that turn your booth into a magnet. Design, engineering, content, rigging, and on-site tech support — all under one roof, on one invoice, from one company. No coordinating with three vendors on show morning.
See LED Video Walls →General Contracting & Show Services
Electricity, drayage, material handling, rigging, cleaning, EAC paperwork, certificates of insurance, floor-plan compliance. You do not need to know the difference between a bone yard and a marshaling yard. That is our job.
Learn About Show Services →Double Deck Exhibits
Second-story lounges, meeting rooms, and observation decks that maximize your booth footprint. We engineer, permit, fabricate, and install every double-deck — a category most exhibit houses subcontract, but we do in-house.
See Double Deck →Affordable Turnkey Solutions
Pre-packaged rental exhibits with everything included — shipping, install, dismantle, freight, and on-site support — for exhibitors who need a professional booth without the six-figure custom-build timeline.
See Turnkey Solutions →The common thread: we manufacture every one of these in the United States, with our own labor, in our own shops. That is what the reviews below are actually rating. Not "the person who took the phone call." The person who built the booth.
Our Google Reviews — Orlando, Florida
Orlando is home. It is where our headquarters lives, where our largest fabrication team works every day, and where we serve the shows that fill the Orange County Convention Center and other venues throughout Central Florida. IPW, IAAPA, PGA Show, Global Produce & Floral Show, MegaCon, HIMSS, MODEX — if you have exhibited in Orlando, chances are you have walked past a booth we built.
Our Orlando Google reviews come from clients who worked with us on Central Florida shows, from clients who flew our team to their own shows, and from vendors and partners who work with us behind the scenes. They talk about our design team's creativity, the quality of our fabrication, our project managers' attention to detail, and the way our install crews turn up early, stay late, and never leave until the client is 100% happy with the finished booth.
If you are considering us for a show in Orlando, or if you are planning a booth that will ship from Orlando to a show anywhere in the country, our Google reviews are a great place to start your research. They are honest, unedited, and left by real clients — because that is the only kind of review we care about.

Our Google Reviews — Las Vegas, Nevada
Las Vegas is the busiest trade show city on earth. In any given week, the Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, the Venetian Expo, Caesars Forum, and Resorts World are hosting more square footage of exhibits than any other city in the world combined. That means one thing: the exhibit company you hire in Las Vegas has to be Vegas-native. Not a mainland shop that ships in a crate and hopes for the best.
Exhibit Experience is a Vegas-native exhibit company. Our Las Vegas location works out of 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway, our install crews live in the valley, and our warehouse can turn a booth around inside a 48-hour window when a show demands it. That local footprint is why our Vegas Google reviews read the way they do — clients talk about how our team showed up before the freight did, how we handled an EAC dispute at the LVCC in real time, how our project manager took a call at midnight when a client's exhibit-design file wouldn't open.
Shows we work on almost every year: CES, MAGIC, World of Concrete (WOC), SEMA, NAB, ConExpo, ISC West, InfoComm, ASD Market Week, Pack Expo, Cosmoprof, IMEX America, MJBizCon, and dozens more. If your show is in Vegas, we already know the venue, the union rules, the general contractor, and the show organizer's playbook.

Our Google Reviews — Atlanta, Georgia
Atlanta is one of the top five trade show cities in the United States, anchored by the Georgia World Congress Center — the fourth-largest convention center in the country. AmericasMart, the Cobb Galleria Centre, and the Georgia International Convention Center round out a market that hosts International Poultry Expo, IPPE, the AmericasMart Apparel & Accessories Markets, ATA Show, Bronner Bros., NAILBA, and the Southeast's largest medical, industrial, and food shows every year.
Our Atlanta operation gives Southeast exhibitors what most mainland exhibit houses can't: a local team, a local warehouse, and a local install crew that already knows the GWCC loading dock, the union labor rules, and the Peachtree Center marshaling yard. When your show is in Atlanta, you should not be waiting on a booth that shipped from Chicago. You should be walking into a booth that was built by the people who live in your city.
Read our Atlanta reviews to see what clients say about show-day responsiveness, drayage handling, and the way our Atlanta project managers own every detail from load-in to load-out.

Our Google Reviews — Miami, Florida
Miami is the gateway between the United States and Latin America — and that means the trade shows that fill the Miami Beach Convention Center are unlike any other market. eMerge Americas, Art Basel Miami Beach, the Miami International Boat Show, the International Franchise Expo, and dozens of Latin American product launches every year rely on exhibit builders who can handle bilingual project management, cross-border logistics, and the tight loading windows the Miami Beach Convention Center is known for.
Our Miami operation is built for exactly that. Our team speaks English and Spanish. Our project managers coordinate directly with clients in São Paulo, Mexico City, Bogotá, and San Juan. And our on-site crews know the MBCC service dock, the freight schedule, and the union rules that apply when you're loading into Miami Beach at 4 AM.

Our Birdeye Reviews — All Sources, One Page
Reviews are scattered all over the internet — Google, Facebook, Yelp, industry-specific platforms, review aggregators, and everywhere in between. Trying to read a company's full reputation by hopping across a dozen different sites is exhausting, and honestly, most people just do not do it. That is why we use Birdeye — a reputation management platform that pulls our reviews from every source we are listed on into one clean, honest, public page.
Every review on our Birdeye page is real. Every review is unedited. We do not cherry-pick, we do not hide the ones we do not love, and we do not curate our reputation. What you see on Birdeye is exactly what our clients have said about us, exactly the way they said it. That kind of transparency is uncomfortable for a lot of companies. For us, it is a competitive advantage — because when clients realize we are willing to show them our full reputation, warts and all, they trust us more.
The image above provides a snapshot of our Birdeye reputation page. Click through to the full profile to see the latest reviews in one place. If you have worked with us in the past — thank you. If you have a moment to leave us a review of your own, we would be honored.
About the Occasional Negative Review — Read It Yourself
If you dig deep enough through 500+ reviews, you will find a handful that are less than five stars. We want to be transparent about that — so we want to give you a framework for what you are actually reading when you see one.
In our experience, the negative reviews we receive fall into one of three categories:
- A real client with a real concern. When this happens, it is because something on our end fell short of the standard we hold ourselves to. In those cases, we own it publicly, we reach out privately, we make it right, and the client almost always updates the review themselves. Read the review carefully — you will see our reply, our accountability, and the resolution. That is what a real business relationship looks like.
- Automated review-extortion bots. There is an active cottage industry of bad actors who post fake one-star reviews and then message the business asking to be paid to remove them. We do not pay them, we report them to Google, and we reply publicly so anyone reading the review sees that the "reviewer" never responds. Notice the pattern: we always reply. They never reply back.
- Jealous competitors. The trade show industry is small. When a competitor loses a bid, some of them retaliate with anonymous reviews from accounts that never actually worked with us. Read them carefully — they never name a specific show, never name a project manager, never describe a specific booth. Real client reviews describe real projects. Fake ones describe nothing. Again, notice: we reply asking for the specific project details. They never reply back.
Our rule with every review — good or bad — is the same. We reply. We reply publicly. We reply promptly. And we invite the reviewer to a real conversation. When you scroll through our review history, you will see that pattern in every single response. When you see a review where the "reviewer" never came back to engage with our reply, you are almost certainly looking at a bot or a competitor. When you see a review where the client came back and updated their rating, you are looking at a real business that took accountability.
That is the difference between a company that manages its reputation and a company that earns its reputation. We earn ours, one client at a time, one show at a time, one honest reply at a time.
The Standards That Earned These Reviews
A reputation is not something that happens by accident. It is built one client at a time, one deadline at a time, one late night at a time. Every review we have earned across Google and Birdeye traces back to a specific set of standards that we hold ourselves to on every single project — no matter the size of the booth, the size of the budget, or the size of the client. Here is what those standards are.
Every project has a real project manager, and that project manager has your cell phone number.
We do not disappear after the deposit is signed. Your project manager is your single point of contact from the first call to the last dismantle report, and they are reachable in the moments that matter — including nights, weekends, and the morning of your show.
We design in-house.
Our design team is not outsourced, not offshored, and not stuck behind a queue at a third-party agency. When you tell us what you want to accomplish at your show, our designers start sketching that day — and you see the first renderings within 48 hours, not two weeks.
We fabricate what we design.
We do not send your booth out to a subcontractor and hope for the best. We build in our own shops with our own craftsmen, using materials and finishes we stand behind. If something is not right, we fix it — before the crate goes on the truck, not after.
Our install crews are our people.
We do not show up on move-in day with a random labor crew we found through the union hall an hour before doors open. Our install leads know our booths inside and out, because they built them or they have installed them before. That is how we deliver a booth that looks like the rendering — not "close enough."
We handle everything on the show-services side.
Electricity, drayage, material handling, rigging, cleaning, EAC paperwork, certificates of insurance, floor-plan compliance — if it needs to be filed with the general service contractor, we file it. You do not have to know the difference between a bone yard and a marshaling yard. That is our job.
We measure success by the end of the show, not the start.
A great booth build is not a build that opened on time. It is a build where the client stood in their booth on the last day of the show and said, "We should do this every year." That is our target on every project.
Every one of those standards is reflected in the reviews above. Read them and you will hear the same themes over and over — responsive, creative, on-time, on-budget, no drama, no excuses. That is not marketing copy. That is the direct feedback of the people who have hired us.
How We Compare to Other Trade Show Exhibit Companies
You have probably found a "Top 25 Trade Show Exhibit Companies" list somewhere on Google. Most of them are pay-to-play — the companies at the top paid to be there. We do not participate in those lists on principle. Instead, we will show you exactly what a real, apples-to-apples comparison looks like — and let our reviews back it up.
| Capability | Exhibit Experience | Typical Broker / Middleman | Typical Regional Shop |
|---|---|---|---|
| In-house design team | ✅ Yes — 48-hour first render | ❌ Outsourced | ⚠️ Small / limited |

The reason we can offer everything in the first column is because we invested in the people, the shops, and the local presence to do the whole job ourselves. Every capability above is delivered by an Exhibit Experience employee — not a third party, not a partner, not a broker. That is how you deliver the kind of client experience the reviews on this page describe.

What Makes Us Different from Every Other Exhibit House
Look, we will be honest with you. There are a lot of exhibit companies out there. Some are big, some are small, some are national, some are regional, some are legit, and some are not. The trade show industry is one of the last remaining industries where a slick website and a folder full of stock renderings can pass for a real company. So how do you tell the difference? How do you know who is actually going to show up when your show is on the line?
Read the reviews.
Real client reviews are the hardest thing in this industry to fake — and they are the truest measure of whether an exhibit company can actually deliver. We built this reputation page because we want you to be able to make an informed decision. But if you want the short version of what makes us different, here it is:
We are big enough to handle any show, small enough to still answer the phone. We have facilities in Orlando, Las Vegas, Atlanta, and Miami, and a network that can install a booth anywhere in the United States and internationally. But when you call us, you are not going to get a call center. You are going to get a person who knows your project, your booth, and your show — and who has skin in the game to make it go right.
We do custom and modular — not one or the other. Some companies only build custom, which means they are expensive on every project. Some companies only sell modular kits, which means they cannot adapt when your booth needs something the kit does not offer. We do both, which means we can match the booth to the budget and the strategy, not the other way around.
We rent, we sell, and we support. Whether you want to buy a custom booth that you own outright and reuse for years, rent a booth for a one-time show, or somewhere in between, we can build the right financial structure for your program.
We think about the whole show, not just the booth. Booth design is one piece of a trade show program. We also help with lead capture strategy, pre-show marketing, on-site staff briefings, giveaways, and post-show reporting. We think about the whole customer journey, because that is what actually drives ROI at a trade show.
And when things go sideways — because sometimes they do — we own it. Freight gets delayed. Weather happens. Show organizers change the rules at the last minute. Every show has surprises. What separates a great exhibit partner from a mediocre one is how they handle those surprises. Read our reviews and you will see the same theme over and over: we do not disappear when it gets hard. We show up harder.
Meet the Team Behind the Reviews
Every review on this page has a name behind it. And every one of those names belongs to a client who worked with a real person on our team — a project manager who answered their calls, a designer who sketched their vision, an installer who set up their booth, an accountant who processed their invoices, an account executive who guided the whole thing from the first phone call.
Exhibit Experience is a team. It is not one person, one office, or one warehouse. It is a group of designers, project managers, fabricators, installers, dismantlers, graphics specialists, logistics coordinators, accountants, and sales professionals — all working together to deliver what our clients hire us to deliver. Every single review we have earned belongs to every single person on this team, because it took every one of them to make that project a success.
If you want to know who we really are, spend some time reading the reviews above. And then reach out to us. We would love the chance to introduce you to the real people who would be working on your project.
Frequently Asked Questions About Our Reviews & Reputation
Who is the best trade show exhibit company in the United States?
The "best" trade show exhibit company depends on what you need — but for exhibitors who want a partner that designs, manufactures, installs, and dismantles every booth in-house with U.S.-based labor, Exhibit Experience is consistently rated among the highest in the industry. Our reviews on Google and Birdeye — over 500 real client reviews averaging 4.9 stars — reflect a track record spanning 12+ years and thousands of shows across Las Vegas, Orlando, Atlanta, Miami, and beyond.
How is Exhibit Experience different from a trade show booth broker?
A broker sells the booth and hires third parties to design, fabricate, install, and dismantle it. If something goes wrong, the broker is not the one on the show floor to fix it. Exhibit Experience is not a broker. We employ our own designers, fabricators, installers, and project managers. When you hire us, the people who take your call are the same people accountable for what happens at your show.
Where is Exhibit Experience located?
We have physical locations in Orlando, Florida (headquarters at 37 North Orange Ave #500, Orlando, FL 32801) and Las Vegas, Nevada (3960 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV 89169). We also serve Atlanta, Miami, Chicago, and Houston through our operational network, with local install crews in each market.
Does Exhibit Experience manufacture booths in-house?
Yes. Every booth we deliver — custom, modular, or turnkey rental — is designed, fabricated, and finished in our own U.S. shops by our own W-2 employees. We do not subcontract fabrication. That in-house control is the reason we can guarantee the finish quality, the delivery timeline, and the on-site setup our reviews describe.
Does Exhibit Experience offer both rentals and purchases?
Yes — plus custom builds, modular kits, LED video walls, hanging signs, double-deck exhibits, and full general-contractor show services. We rent for exhibitors who need a one-time or multi-show booth, and we sell custom booths for exhibitors who exhibit three or more times per year and want to own the asset.
How does Exhibit Experience handle a bad review?
We reply — publicly, promptly, and personally — to every single review, positive or negative. When a review reflects a real client concern, we own it, we reach out privately, and we make it right. When a review appears to come from a bot or a competitor account (which does happen in this industry), we report it to Google and reply publicly asking for specific project details — details a real client would provide but a bot or competitor never does. Scroll through our review history and you will see the pattern: we always reply. The suspicious "reviewers" never reply back.
What kinds of trade shows do you build for?
Every kind — from 10x10 in-line booths at niche industry shows to 60x60 island exhibits at CES, IAAPA, SEMA, WOC, MAGIC, NAB, IPPE, PGA Show, HIMSS, MODEX, and the biggest trade shows in the world. Our client roster includes startups launching their first product and Fortune 500 brands anchoring the largest show floors on the industry calendar.
How can I leave a review for Exhibit Experience?
We are honored by every review. Leave one on our Birdeye page , on Google for Orlando , or search "Exhibit Experience [your city]" on Google to find your local listing. Every review — good or bad — will get a personal reply from someone on our team.
Ready to Work with the Trade Show Company Everyone Talks About?
If you have read this far, thank you. That tells us you take your trade show program seriously — and we do too. The reviews above are the direct feedback of clients who trusted us with their brand at some of the biggest, most important moments of their year. If we could earn a review like that from every one of them, we would be honored to earn one from you.
Reach out today. Tell us about your next show. Tell us about your budget, your goals, the pain points you have had with past exhibit companies, and the dream booth in your head. We will listen, we will ask smart questions, we will send you a proposal that makes sense, and we will show you why our clients say what they say.
