About the Occasional Negative Review — Read It Yourself
If you find a negative review of us in Orlando, look at it carefully. In our experience, one of three things is happening:
- A real client with a real concern. We own it publicly, reach out privately, make it right, and the client often updates the review. Our public response shows the accountability.
- An automated review-extortion bot. These accounts post fake one-star reviews and then contact the business seeking payment to remove them. We report them and respond publicly. We always reply. They rarely reply back.
- A retaliatory competitor review. Real client reviews describe real projects, including a show, booth size, timeline, or project manager. Fake reviews provide no verifiable details. We publicly ask for those details.
