Trade show exhibits require advance planning and clear payment expectations. For exhibitors planning events in Houston, Exhibit Experience offers structured trade show payment plans, along with the option to use PayPal Pay Later solutions at checkout for eligible customers.

This page explains our standard payment terms and how PayPal’s payment options may be used for qualifying exhibit-related purchases.

Exhibit Experience Payment Plan Terms

Exhibit Experience offers the following payment structure for trade show exhibitors:

Standard Projects (Within 90 Days of the Event)

• 70% of the total project cost is due upfront
• The remaining 30% is due prior to the trade show
• All balances must be paid before installation begins

This structure allows production, labor, and logistics to be scheduled while providing limited short-term flexibility.

Projects Scheduled More Than 90 Days Out

For projects scheduled more than 90 days in advance:

• 50% deposit required upfront
• Remaining balance is scheduled and negotiated based on project scope and timeline
• Full balance must be paid prior to the trade show

Extended payment schedules are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

PayPal Pay Later Options (Offered by PayPal)

In addition to standard payment plans, PayPal offers Pay Later solutions that eligible customers may choose at checkout. These options are offered directly by PayPal, not by Exhibit Experience, and are subject to PayPal approval, eligibility, and terms.

PayPal Pay in 4

• Four equal, interest-free payments
• First payment due at checkout
• Remaining payments every two weeks
• Typically available for purchases between $30 and $1,500

Best suited for smaller exhibit-related purchases.

PayPal Pay Monthly

• Fixed monthly payments over 3 to 24 months
• Typically available for purchases between $49 and $10,000
• Interest-bearing loans (APR varies based on creditworthiness)
• Issued by WebBank and serviced through PayPal

PayPal Credit

• Revolving credit line for qualifying purchases
• Minimum or full balance payments allowed
• Promotional terms may be available through PayPal
