Still Need a SEMA Exhibit? Limited Last-Minute Exhibit Production Is Available in Las Vegas
SEMA Show 2026 opens November 3 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. If your company already has exhibit space but the exhibit plan is not finished, the original supplier fell through, the design is still unresolved, or you simply started later than planned, there may still be a workable path.

Limited remaining production capacity
What can still work for a late SEMA project
Late does not automatically mean impossible. It does mean the exhibit has to be designed around proven production paths. Depending on your footprint and requirements, the strongest options may include modular rental structure, new branded graphics, counters and product displays, monitor integration, lighting, flooring, meeting space, vehicle presentation, freight coordination, and installation and dismantling.
Projects that require extensive ground-up fabrication, multiple unresolved design rounds, unusual long-lead materials, or late structural engineering may not fit the remaining schedule. We would rather identify that immediately than sell a concept that cannot be executed responsibly.
Automotive exhibit planning
Built for automotive products, vehicles and demonstrations
SEMA exhibits often have to do more than carry a logo. The exhibit may need to frame a vehicle, keep sightlines open to a product, give technical buyers room to examine components, support a live demonstration, or separate quick aisle conversations from scheduled meetings.
For a compressed project, those requirements should be decided before decorative details. Tell us what the visitor needs to see, touch, understand or do. We can then shape the exhibit around the product story instead of forcing the product into a generic exhibit.
Production options
Choose the fastest realistic path
10x10 and 10x20
Focus on strong graphics, clean product presentation, a counter or demonstration point, and a fast approval cycle.
20x20 and larger
Use modular rental architecture to create an island or peninsula presence without making every structural element a new fabrication project.
Vehicle displays
Confirm vehicle dimensions, access, floor protection, barriers if required, product relationships, and show rules before the layout is locked.
Graphics-heavy refreshes
If the structure is solved but the brand presentation is not, prioritize print-ready artwork, SEG graphics, dimensional branding and clear product messaging.
International exhibitors
Identify decision-makers, artwork ownership, freight origin and U.S. show-service responsibilities immediately so time-zone and approval delays do not consume the production window.

Compressed planning window
A late project needs fast decisions, not vague promises
SEMA exhibitors are already inside a compressed planning window, and official advance-rate and service deadlines are arriving. The best way to protect the project is to reduce uncertainty immediately: confirm the exhibit footprint, lock the required functions, approve a realistic design, release artwork, and coordinate show services against the current exhibitor manual.
If your project fits the remaining production window, we will outline the next steps and scope. If it does not, we will tell you quickly so you can pursue another path while time remains.

SEMA last-minute exhibit FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it too late to order a exhibit for SEMA 2026?
Not necessarily. At this point, rental and modular solutions with new graphics are generally more realistic than complex ground-up custom fabrication. The exact answer depends on exhibit size, design status, graphics, freight, labor and approval timing.
Can you support a exhibit with a vehicle or product demonstration?
Potentially, yes. Vehicle dimensions, access, safety, product requirements and current SEMA/LVCC rules must be reviewed before the layout is approved.
Do you guarantee that a last-minute project can be completed?
No. We review each project against current production, graphics, freight, labor and show-service constraints before confirming availability and scope.
Are you affiliated with SEMA?
No. Exhibit Experience is an independent exhibit provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SEMA.
What should I send first?
Send the exhibit number and size, open sides, products or vehicles, current rendering if any, graphics status, required services, budget range and the person who can approve the project.

How to Plan Your Trade Show Exhibit Layout: Custom vs Modular Exhibit Rentals
Most exhibitors choose a exhibit size, then a exhibit design, and only afterwards think about layout. That order is backwards, and it is the reason so many well-built exhibits underperform. Layout is not decoration applied at the end. It is the decision about what your...
Trade Show Exhibit Size Comparison: 10×10 vs 10×20 vs 20×20 vs Double Deck
Exhibit size is the first real decision in exhibit planning and the one most exhibitors make with the least information. Size determines what your exhibit can physically do, how many people can work in it, what the show will permit you to build, how long it takes to...
