As an Onsite Outbound Sales Representative at Exhibit Experience, you will be pivotal in expanding our clientele and driving revenue growth. You will proactively engage with potential clients, introducing them to our exceptional exhibit solutions and showcasing how our designs can elevate their brand presence. If you possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for cultivating relationships, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our company’s expansion and success
Identify and approach potential clients within trade shows, events, and related industry gatherings.
Initiate meaningful conversations to understand clients’ goals, challenges, and exhibit requirements.
- Showcase our portfolio of designs and past successes, effectively illustrating the impact of our services.
- Collaborate closely with our design and project management teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections, providing clear and persuasive responses.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
- Utilize your industry knowledge to stay informed about trends and competitor offerings.
- Participate in networking events and industry functions to expand your reach and enhance Exhibit Experience’s visibility.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Proven success in an outbound sales role, preferably within the trade show or exhibit industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities..
- Ability to understand clients’ needs and position our offerings as solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and sales processes.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Basecamp) and other sales tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and events as required.
- Enthusiastic about learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
- A collaborative spirit and a results-driven mindset.
- Able to commute to Orlando FL office
