10 x 20 InfoComm Orlando

The 10 x 20 InfoComm Orlando Model is a modular model configuration for a 10 x 20 exhibit space. Offering a variety of configurations within the 10 x 20 exhibit space, the exhibit can be designed within your company’s brand guidelines and delivered within your chosen trade show floor’s specifications. The modular format supports planning the arrangement around the event. Consider how attendees should first encounter the space, where a short introduction can happen, and where longer conversations should take place once visitors have engaged. Establish a clear visitor path before finalizing the configuration so the front of the exhibit, the conversation area, and any demonstration activity have distinct purposes without competing for attention. Define the primary message before artwork is developed, then organize supporting content around the selected configuration. This keeps brand graphics tied to the surfaces and sightlines available in the chosen arrangement. If display elements, counters, or seating are included in the selected configuration, assign each a practical role early: displays can support the message sequence, counters can provide a point for greetings or materials, and seating can support longer discussions. Confirm the event date, venue location, show-floor requirements, brand artwork, visitor flow, and final configuration together so the exhibit plan reflects the intended use of the 10 x 20 space.
