20 x 20 Money 2020 Exhibit Rental

The 20 x 20 Money 2020 Exhibit Rental centers on a conference room experience that gives the exhibit a meeting-focused presence on the trade show floor. Its layout provides a defined place for private meetings with customers and prospects while keeping a reception area. A 20×20 slate vinyl raised floor establishes the exhibit footprint. The conference room provides seating for 6 people, offering a setting for focused conversations. The reception area can welcome visitors, begin conversations and direct guests toward the meeting space. A storage area with shelves provides a location to display company material and keep presentation pieces close at hand. Above the space, a header with lighting adds a presentation element, while a hanging sign helps identify the exhibit from across the trade show floor. Use the reception zone for greeting and quick exchanges, then guide visitors toward the shelves and conference room. Keep important company material at eye level on the shelves and reserve the conference table for deeper discussions. The layout can be adapted with your branding so graphics, messaging and company material work together across the reception area, header, hanging sign and meeting space. Confirm the final graphic treatment, branding placement and furniture arrangement before production. This conference-room configuration combines reception, display and seated conversation in one cohesive exhibit environment, giving visitors a path from initial greeting to a focused meeting.
