20 x 20 Food & Beverage Trade Show Exhibit Rental

The 20 x 20 Food & Beverage Trade Show Exhibit is a practical setting for a food and beverage trade show. During the show, attendees can relax in the exhibit and sample your products while they enjoy the atmosphere. Package details include 20 x 20 flooring, custom exhibit graphics, a counter, tables, and seating, a lockable storage area, transport to and from your trade show, and assembly and dismantling of the exhibit. Use the counter as the first point of conversation, demonstration, or sampling, keeping its top focused on the product and a small amount of supporting information. Tables and seating support longer conversations, tastings, or follow-up discussions. The lockable storage area can keep supplies out of the visitor-facing area. Plan an unobstructed visitor approach from the aisle to the counter, then leave clear circulation between the display, tables, and seating so staff can welcome guests and reset the area between conversations. Develop custom exhibit graphics around a short product message, identifiable brand elements, and a few useful details visitors can take in at a glance; avoid placing essential copy only where people must stand close to read it. Before requesting a configuration, prepare the event date and location, floor-plan position, product-sampling or demonstration needs, preferred seating use, artwork files and message priorities, and any venue requirements affecting the layout. Ask for a quote with your event date, location, and preferred configuration.
